Somehow, some way, it is real and they are together, because heterosexual male friends do NOT do the things that the Cockles men do to each other. And yes, I know they are both married, but from things I've seen and read, there is a possibility that Misha is in an open marriage with his lovely wife, Vicki...therefore, is open to be with Jensen whenever he should want to do so.
